Here is the way I work my schedule as well as my payment policy.
1. We will have an online call on Zoom in which we will agree upon a date and time for your service, I will send you a contract to review and sign. The contract outlines my payment policy as well as my travel policy and other details.
2. Each service requires an upfront deposit for half of the service's full cost. The remaining feel will be due the day services are rendered.
3. My travel policy dictates that I cover the cost of the first 50 miles (roundtrip from Tri-Cities. Any remaining mileage will be billed to you at $1 per mile.
